But I do desperately need your HELP PLEASE !.... ... I am a newbie at computers ... and since this last year I have been using a laptop, that was given to me ....it has become my life line... I am using it almost all of the day.. every day.. however since i joined Ares Ultra for file sharing I have had problems, with my pc crashing and working very slow. I have downloaded loads of different spyware/malware anti-virus programmes and have found some spyware etc; however there seems to be still some more little critters lurking in there, somewhere, still giving me hell!!!! Can someone PLEASE read my log and advise me what to do?.... I don`t believe I am a know it all! ... Hi steam.... :bigthumb: I just hope this repy gets through.... I have complied to your requests...and deleted what you asked of me....however I ain`t got a clue what i have done ...was it something to do with programmes that I had deleted and parts had been left behind? ... Lol Ha Ha :laugh:
The main problem I have had was hanging/ getting stuck/seizing up.. the pc just would not obey my commands at times... I would be sitting there like a lemon... I would use "Task Manager" to clear things ... but often this feature would get frozen too ...
When I received these problems I had AVG and Spybot installed ...I had only just deleted them thinking that I could with help do a better job..

The entries you deleted with hijackthis were just leftover registry keys... nothing of note...
