Can I use the log to fix my computers problems?

Hi, I was scanning my computer, and after the scan was completed, it crashed.
The log was saved, but I don't want to do the search again to be able to repair the problems (Since it took so long).

Can I somehow use/load the log on the program so it knows what it has to fix?
