You could try following this to temporarily exclude win32.downloader.dequ from the search:
https://www.safer-networking.org/faq/how-to-exclude-products-from-the-search-2/
After excluding that, try another scan and see if the scan will finish, or if it gets stuck elsewhere.

Your screenshot attached okay.

Could you try temporarily excluding W32.Downloader.dequ and seeing if the scan will complete with that excluded? Just follow what I posted above. :)

Running SB Pro. When running complete system scan it gets half way through and just sits there for days. Have not had a successful scan in 5 days now.
I see you have a file name that it stopped at. Where do i see that file name?

They would see that Spybot stopped when scanning for win32.downloader.dequ by looking at the bottom of the Spybot screen on the System Scan overview page. It will say Scanning for and then the detection Spybot is looking for, in the above people's cases it would be scanning for win32.downloader.dequ. You know you are on the overview scanning page during the scan when you look down to the lower right and it says View details. :)

There are a couple things listed on this page that you could try:
https://www.safer-networking.org/faq/what-can-i-do-if-spybot-sd-freezes-during-the-scan/
It's an older page as indicated on the bottom but most things listed on it should still be relevant.

If that does not help, you might like to contact support via the contact form:
