I'm just a application user, and I can't figure out how to configure my SpyBot Home Edition subscription to get the functions to work.
The system scan hangs up after 40 minutes.
Schedule setting say that MRU scan is installed, but does not run.
Updates are supposed to auto download, but do not.
Scan and auto immunization are scheduled to run on the first of the month, but have not run on its own since April 2018.
Live protection is installed, but is not running although the option is selected.
There is no repair option in control panel programs.
Easy fix? Should I reinstall? Is my system corrupted?
I keep getting an auto message that my firewall and virus check are disabled, but when I look in system settings they are all "on".
