Since Microsoft programmers have been updating (in the background) my laptop in windows 10 (1803) and anytime I add a program, they seem to take ownership (add it to Task Scheduler, wanting logs directed to them). I would like that the user have an option of password protect the software so they don't have access. Thanking you in advance.:)
