Can't get rid of a toolbar that came with Winantivirus

I've deleted a lot of stuff out with Spybot and avast but... i have trouble getting rid of this broswer help object toolbar that came with the winantivirus virus.

it has 5 buttons: security toolbar, scan for spyware, remove adware and popups, spam protextion and security test. when i right click on the toolbar, a list of the toolbars shows up with one that has no name but a tick beside it. I can't untick it so i know it refers to that virus tool bar.

What can i do to delete it?

Download a self-extracting copy of HijackThis from :-
http://downloads.malwareremoval.com/hijackthis_sfx.exe
1. save it to your Desktop.
2. Double-click on the file hijackthis_sfx.exe and it will self-extract into its own folder,
C:\Program Files\HijackThis
3. Go to this folder and run the hijackthis.exe file
4. click Do a system scan and save a logfile
5. Copy & paste the logfile into your next post here...
