I've noticed that after upgrading to the latest version of Spybot Search & Destroy, certain settings in various menus (or submenus) in the Start Center are grayed-out, most notably the Scope, System Integration and System Services submenus, which was never the case in previous versions. By stumbling and bumbling around I discovered that I can work around this nuisance by manually setting the startup file "SDWelcome.exe" to "Run As Administrator" but this is a bit of a pain so I was wondering why such a change was made? You know the old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"...
