MicrosoftWindows.securitycenter.UpdateDisableNotify

I had this show up today right after I got the lastest updates. The wierd thing is that I have had it set up in the "ignore settings" since I have had this computer. I checked the "ignore settings" and it is still checkmarked to ignore. I have of course disabled the automatic updates, but since I have told SpyBot to ignore, why all of a sudden is it not ignoring it anymore? Could you please let me know what is going on and what to do? The results are below.

I think I have found the answer. When I downloaded the new updates, for some reason SpyBot S&D reset the ignore settings that I had previously set in SpyBot S&D to the default (nothing chekced to ignore). I closed Spybot S&D, reopened it and the ignore settings had all been unchecked. I rechecked them and all is working great now.
