I was scanning my computer and it look like RootAlyzer might be stuck where it says it at in the picture. It has been that way for over thirty minutes. I did also stop when it got to the countdown the first time I run the program. This is the the only time I have run RootAlyzer since I close it down when it was running the first time. That is the only problem I can find with the program so far. What do I need to do to get RootAlyzer to completely finish scanning my computer and not get stuck where it does?

I am using Windows 10. Unless I am doing something wrong quick scan does nothing.

Quick scan doesn't run?
Is there a specific reason you are looking for rootkits, how is the computer running in general, any issues?
