toolbar and pop up keep comming back

Greetings, and thank you for your time.
I keep getting the toolbar svtoobar in IE as well as popups. I have removed it in add/remove several times. I have also ran EWIDO in safemode as well as as running Vundofix.exe that comes up clean. here is the log from HJT

Welcome to the forum, if you still need help, this is the Vundo trojan, follow these directions. Sometimes the fix has to be run several times so it can learn and delete all of the files accociated with the infection. If you get a file it can't delete at first, it helps if you upload that file it to the link provided. If you have an old version of Vundofix, delete it and download the newest version from the link I provided.

Thanks to Atribune and any others who helped with this fix.

Please download VundoFix.exe (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4) to your desktop
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log in a reply to this thread.Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove. In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button" when VundoFix appears upon rebooting.

If there is a file VundoFix doesn't find we need it submitted. Please submit
the files to upload malware http://www.uploadmalware.com
