Hello Wendy and welcome to the forum. Are you still waiting for help? If so I see stuff that needs to go but I am most concerned by the fact you mention "winantivirus". The popups are almost always an indication of the Vundo trojan. The hackers have learned how to hide it from HJT. What I would like you to do is return here:
C:\Program Files\HijackThis\HijackThis.exe <<< and rename the executable to say Wendy.exe or something like that. Then restart the computer and if Vundo is there it will show in the BHO and 020 Winlogon area of the HJT log. Post a new log so I can see if it is there and we will preceed with cleaning out the junk as soon as possible after that.

Yes Wendy, I see that Vundo infection, and other junk also. We must clean the Vundo trojan first, here is what it looks like on the computer:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: ddcyw - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ddcyw.dll

This trojan is tough to remove, Atribune has created a fix for us but you must follow the directions. Often the name of the file is not recognized by the fix the first time and it must run again, and sometimes several times. The Vundo report will tell you when all of the bad files have been deleted. Then post the Vundo report and a new HJT log for me. If the fix does not recognize the file, it is very helpful if you would upload it so Atribune can add it to the fix, this will help others.
Once the trojan has been removed, you may only see one line in the HJT log and it will end like this (file missing)

Thanks to Atribune and any others who helped with this fix.

1) Please download VundoFix.exe (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4) to your desktop
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log in a reply to this thread.Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove. In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button" when VundoFix appears upon rebooting.

If there is a file VundoFix doesn't find we need it submitted. Please submit
the files to upload malware http://www.uploadmalware.com

2) Once Vundo is all deleted, then do this:
How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

3) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune

Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

4) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

5) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

(some items may be gone, just do not miss any)

C:\WINDOWS\msnappm.exe <<< delete this file

6) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Make sure you restart the computer and post the C:\vundofix.txt a new HJT log and any comments you think will help.

Okai i ran vundofix many times but it is not picking up anything. i did a hijackit and yes that ddwyc thingy is still there!! what do I do now? manually kill the process?

okai i looked up this ddcyw.dll file on google and managed to download an older version of vundo which allows me to manually locate and kill process via DOS. Please have a look at my Hijackit log now, i think it looks much cleaner.

I don't know why the latest version of VundoFix can't find ddcyw.dll. But i do recommend that people use some sort of good process killer and then delete the entry using HJI.

What is happening Wendy is that legit business are paying these hackers to popup adds in front of you. Though some of it is pure fraud. The good guys are working hard to keep up but they are all volunteers and use their own funds, depending on a few donations to keep their websites up and running. We are far outnumbered and even farther out financed.

Your HJT log appears clean of malware. System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
