Skype for Business issues - messes with presentations

Spybot apparently interferes with viewing presentations when the presenter selects a window rather than the whole desktop to share. Can't figure a way around this except to completely uninstall Spybot. Any one else solve this problem?

There is another thread but I cant see if anyone converted it to a ticket...
