Excerpt from System Scan log:

Gen:Variant.Graftor.116528: [SBI $SpybotAV] Executable (File, nothing done)
C:\Program Files\Dropbox\Client\win32job.cp36-win32.pyd
Category=Viruses
ThreatLevel=5

Properties.size=28640

Properties.filedate=1548144844
Properties.filedatetext=2019-01-22 08:14:04

Category is Viruses and Rule# is SpybotAV

but a file scan shows that it is OK.

I tried the Weblink but it didn't help me.

Do I remove this threat?

Why did File Scan not show it?

Is this a PUP? If so what else should I remove?

I rebooted then did a system scan. The threat was, myseriously, gone.

This was on my wife's computer so may be she did something -- but she is too well "trained" to invoke SS&D without supervision!

Hello. You might want to post in the false positives forum to ask somebody from Team Spybot if this may be a false positive.
There's a sticky thread here with instructions:

And here's the false positives forum section:
