View Full Version : Could not clean these entries in 4 attempts

When I clicked on the Remove Malware button to remove the malware that Spybot found it says could not clean these entries in 4 attempts. What do I need to do to fix this problem so I can remove the malware?

Scroll down to the Start Center & System Scan section. Click on "Detected items were not removed after scan. How do I remove them?" Try the instructions listed there, both using sdcleaner, and if that doesn't work then safe mode after it. Please let me know if that helped removed the detected items. :)

After doing what you said to do then I rescanned my computer with Spybot and so far I have had no problem.
