Spywaresheriff.fakealert

Hi all,

Got spywaresherriff.fakealert plus others being flagged up by spybot. I have tried to clear it by smitfraudfix but it keeps coming back. I have ran Hijack this and attached the log file, can someone have a look please.

Please do not attach infected files!
