In the past when I ran rootkit scan I used to get a number of readings from each of the categories Now the invisible processes (From Handles) says "No Handles process ID's tested". Is something blocking it from testing that category?
In the past when I ran rootkit scan I used to get a number of readings from each of the categories Now the invisible processes (From Handles) says "No Handles process ID's tested". Is something blocking it from testing that category? I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and that did not fix it.

Is there a specific reason you are scanning for rootkits?
In general all items found by the RootAlyzer are not necessarily malicious but show items which it believes to be out of the ordinary as an analyst tool. Legitimate software may use rootkit technologies.
What is the operating system and which security programs are installed please.
Also, how is the computer running, any issues?
