Startup Tools not starting up

Version 2.7.65.0
Start Center 2.7.65.131
I wanted to try the anti virus version.

I removed all the old AV programs including the free version of Spybot.

Did a clean install.

Everything seem to work well.

I like the startup and process tablet tools in Startup tools.

Here the problem Startup Tools widow opens

Autostart and Configuration Management process .... Not Responding. CPU gets pegged, Memory is OK so is disk and network.

Autostart and Configuration Management process shows as not responding in task manager for me at first, too, but then starts responding and Startup Tools opens. Has it ever run, or do you need to end the process?

When clicking Startup Tools you should get a prompt to run as administrator, are you being prompted with that? Or, do you run Spybot Start Center as Administrator when you open it? :)
