Lenova Yoga 2 11 won't boot up after running Spybot

I downloaded Spybot today and ran it in safe mode on my laptop It found 59 items that i cleared When iI booted into normal mode i just get the Lenovo logo and indicates its working for about 2 minutes then I get a black screen I tried system recovery and its the same thing

Can anyone tell me if I have lost everything on my hard drive or is there another way to get it to boot?

Are you still experiencing the same issue and which edition of Spybot do you have?

If other security programs are installed please let us know, and was there a particular reason for running the scan?
