Spybot Anti-Beacon seems to block Location services no matter if I permit it in the config.
Screenshot shows I permit Windows Location: 13217
After reboot, location is blocked: 13216

When I run protection manually, location service is no longer blocked, only disabled: 13219
I enable location, then run protection. Location service is now disabled again.
