Hi all,
Long time spy-bot user and my first ever query :)
Recently I have had the On Access Protection Dialogue tool not beable to scan update.exe - in the bottom right of my screen I see the notification but it will stay there and never finish. I've been trying to figure out how can I find what file is it looking at which is causing the problem and can I get it to ignore the file if its not malicious. Appreciate any advice from anyone :)
