I have 5 computers with Windows 10 that I put this on and I did the Full settings. I have version 3.5.9.0 On every computer I get Windows Defender marking this:

Settings Modifier:Win32/PossibleHostsFileHijack

So what do I do to fix this issue? Is there something in Anti-Beacon that I should permit.

I found this article at Bleeping Computer:
https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/microsoft/windows-10-hosts-file-blocking-telemetry-is-now-flagged-as-a-risk/

Windows Telemetry (via Hosts) is listed here:
https://www.safer-networking.org/products/spybot-anti-beacon/

This Anti-Beacon immunizer blocks access to a few dozen Internet servers that are contacted by Windows to submit telemetry data

So it's possible Windows Defender is showing Settings Modifier:Win32/PossibleHostsFileHijack due to antibeacon adding entries to the hosts file to block telemetry. Perhaps Windows Defender does that due to it being possible that malware might add entries to the hosts file to block it's servers as well as legitimate programs like anti-beacon and other programs that block telemetry.

You could contact Team Spybot about this if you like, for further clarification:
