IE Browser Hyjacked + posting HJT Log.. HELP!

Hello,
I'm helping someone with a browser hyjack. I used this forum so far to get rid of some spyware but there's more danger lurking.

Spybot hangs...Spyware Doctor hangs...Ad Aware and Microsoft Defender don't catch this..

After running HyjackThis, I found and deleted registry keys for:
TorontoMail.exe
Media64.exe
UserSp1.exe
trycrt.exe

However, the browser is being redirected.. Here's the HYT log.
Any help is appreciated. You've helped me help 3 others so far.

Welcome to the forum, if you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, please follow these directions.

1) C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_03\ <<< your Java program is seriously out of date, if it has not gotten you infected yet, it is just a matter of time. See this information:

Thanks to LonnyRJones and any others who help with this fix.

2) You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

At the end of the fix, you may need to restart your computer again.

Finally, please post a fresh HijackThis log, along with the contents of the logfile C:\fixwareout\report.txt

(hold those logs until the end of the instructions)

3) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

4) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

5) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

6) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dmzqy.exe <<< delete this file

7) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Make sure you restart then post the C:\fixwareout\report.txt and a new HJT log. Include any comments you think will help.

I can't tell everyone how much this has helped. I'm still in the process of testing this person's PC but so far, the browser isn't hyjacked.

I did all of the following:
-uninstalled/ upgraded Java
-Ran FixWareout
-Ran/Scanned with HyjackThis
-Deleted the keys as instructed
-deleted dmzqy.exe in \system32 folder
-ran ATF cleaner

System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:

I assure you, this person I am helping is not a client, he's my father. Both of us appreciate all of the help everyone has given me so I can help him.

I'll look into the Java SE update. I walked hom through the removal of the older Java client and the installation of the new client. I'll investigate and follow up on his newer installed version.

I'll use the online scanners as well as follow-up on the tips for safer computing for him.

He's got a Maxtor One Touch backup and I'm now concerned that he may have backed up some of this garbage/spyware too. It's something else for me to investigate.
