How come I keep getting this nasty spyware every few days with no other notification until I run a scan manually??

Hello GTA351C,

The .jpg shows mostly browser cookies, you may need to tweak each browser's permissions.

Registry changes are often due to installed software's updating. Are you using a registry cleaner, not recommended but let us know if you do. :)

Also, did you install the Amazon toolbar? It is considered a browser hijacker by some programs and generally referred to as a “PUP,” or potentially unwanted program.
