This happens on the latest software version: 2.9.82.0
I was getting "does not match expected hash" as well when updating, as well as "could not download archive" errors also. I kept checking for updates every now and again since last night and today, and eventually everything updated correctly, if you'd like to give that a try.
There's a thread here where it says there had been some problems with the update servers before, and then drghughes and notaninja had similar problems updating, so perhaps that is related to some of the current errors being seen by people, though that is just a guess on my part. :)

I was getting pretty much the same error as well earlier, though mine was with Pups-C.sbi:

I found a thread on the forums from a few years back, where it said if you try updating again it might work, so decided to give that a try. :)
