Recently upgraded spy-bot, couldn't complete process, never had no old regist #:oops:
My acct may have been charged. I want to upgrade, what do I need to do?

Hi, klxdrt. Nice to see you again. I hope you're doing well. :)
If it's the license key you do not have, there's a page where you can request a Lost License.

There is self-service there, or if you do not know the details of your purchase you can scroll down and Request a Copy of Your License.
