Hi guys!

I've been using Spybot for some years now and never had a problem with it.
For a family member I bought the Antivirus protections and this is causing issues with a game.

To be more specific its Ark Survival evolved with battleeye.
If the real time protection is active, battleeye can't acccess the file "shootergame.exe" in the steams game directory "steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64"

As soon as I deactivate the real time protection its working fine and the game launches.

So I was searching for a way to exclude Files/Directorys from the real time protection (or at least the virus scanning function) but haven't found and option for it.
Am I blind or is this a missing "feature" yet?

Kind regards!

Edit:Sorry posted this in the wrong section of the forum

Hello. :)
I don't believe there is a way to exclude files from Live Protection unless you were to receive a prompt from Live Protection asking what to do with it. I'll post a link with a picture from pcmag to show what I mean:

There is a decisions tab in the Live Protection settings in Spybot that you could check, to be sure a decision had not been made before. I'll post a link with a picture from Safer Networking:

To access that, please rightclick Spybot and choose Run As Administrator, click Show details in the lower right corner, checkmark Advanced User Mode if not already checked, then click Settings, then the Live Protection tab to check the Decisions tab.

If no luck with that, then please contact Team Spybot on this page and ask if there might be a work-around:
