Scan the system Task is not ending re: Ticket#2024021480000025
Scan the system Task is not ending as it keeps running.
The Scan the system Task is scheduled daily at 2 PM. If my PC is booted before the task runs and there is no other Scan the system Task running, the Scan the system Task runs at 2 PM with no results and does not end. I have to manually run the Scan the system Task to get results.
If I keep my PC on overnite and then at 2 PM, the Scan the system Task will not run as it detects that it is already running.

I have Spybot Search & Destroy+AV Professional Edition Version 2.9.82.0
I submitted Ticket#2024021480000025 on 02/13/2024 and have not heard yet from Spybot Tech Support as it has been more than two (2) weeks and I am a paying customer.
Why does Spybot Tech Support take so long to respond?
