Hi, first off let me say that my rig is fine and I'm not hijacked or infected and am not in need of this type of help. I just upgraded my Spybot Anti-Beacon to v. 4.01 from v.2.1, both of which are of the Free Versions. Setup was easy and it seems to be doing well.
The only issue I am hooked up on is with the previous version I enabled EVERYTHING available to me for protection, as I have with this newer version. I'm OK with this. This protection suits me.
Yet I have noticed that since the upgrade to this version after checking for Windows Updates and it is done with its work, finding nothing to update and going into the "Privacy" section...> then into the "Activity History"... I find the 'Clear History Button' greyed out and unusable. So, I can not clear my recent history of looking for Windows Updates.
This was NOT the case on the previous version installed. I have delved into the settings of Anti-Beacon and the explanations given for everything that I enable for immunization and can not find the setting that has disabled this button or its function.
Anyone able to help with this "issue"?
Appreciate your time and consideration.
