I am absolutely clueless. I thought you just ran spybot and it would take care of you. I have this pipas.a and can't get rid of it. I need help from the beginning. I don't have a hijack log, (I'm not even sure what that is.) And I need this thing gone from my computer. Any step by step help from someone patient enough to pardon my ingnorance would be appreciated
