Help with Command Service

I just can't seem to get rid of it. I've followed other directions on here, but have no clue why it won't go away. Here's my log:

What version of SpyBot is it you have and when was it last updated ?

If Version 1.4 and Updated run it check for and fix any problems found while the PC is in safe mode.
