Malware Issues: Safepage & Virusburst

I'm haveing a few spyware issues I can't get rid of. safepage.com hijacking my homepage and an icon related to Virusburst on my taskbar.

I've run newest/updated versions of Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware, and AVG Anti-Spyware (formerly Ewido Anti-Malware) and these things are still around.
