Welcome to the forum. Command.exe being located by Spybot S&D is a leftover from a poor removal by another program (perhaps Ad-aware). If this is the case, I suggest you update Ad-aware and run it, it should now remove what it left the first time.
That being aside, you have a very infected computer, if you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, I suggest you keep this computer offline as much as possible, these infections will attract more.

We will start like this: C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe
For your information, Viewpoint is installed by aol probably without your knowledge. I suggest you uninstall this resource waster in Add Remove programs, see this information:

http://www.clickz.com/news/article.php/3561546
http://www.greatis.com/appdata/u/v/viewmgr.exe.htm
http://www.spywareinfo.com/newsletter/archives/2005/nov4.php#viewpoint

Thanks to sUBs and anyone who helped with this fix.

1. Download this file - combofix.exe
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall
If the log is large You might need to post half in one reply half in another.

Thanks

tashi
