Hi
My computer works OK until I open Explorer. I have to wait very long for each screen, and when I open Skype everything freezes. Spybot in safe mode came back clean. The same for AVG. These are the logs for Hijack and Panda

What happens is the following:
When I boot the computer everything works fine. Then, when I open explorer it is very slow to load and display pages. Then, when I close explorer, the whole computer is slow. Somehow explorer affects the whole computer after it has been opened.

What now?

Thanks a lot.

hi

that log looks very clean, lets see another type of log that will show us so much more:

Please RIGHT-CLICK HERE (http://www.silentrunners.org/Silent%20Runners.vbs) and Save As (in IE it's "Save Target As", in FF it's "Save Link As") to download Silent Runners.
Save it to the desktop.
Run Silent Runner's by doubleclicking the "Silent Runners" icon on your desktop.
You will receive a prompt:
Do you want to skip supplementary searches?
click NO
If you receive an error just click OK and double-click it to run it again - sometimes it won't run as it's supposed to the first time but will in subsequent runs.
You will see a text file appear on the desktop - it's not done, let it run (it won't appear to be doing anything!)
Once you receive the prompt All Done!, open the text file on the desktop, copy that entire log, and paste it here.
*NOTE* If you receive any warning message about scripts, please choose to allow the script to run.

its as clean as they come. what ever is causing the slowness is not apparently malware related.
can you give the hardware specs of the machine ?
cpu type, clock speed, amount of ram ?

odd ram config, i suppose a 128 mb module plus extra, or oyu have an integrated graphic solution wchich shares the main memory ?

win xp to run smoothly requires 256 mb, i suggest buyin more of it.
another 256 mb module should really make a diffrence
