Hi faosesae

I suggest you Let SpyBot fix it

Or you can do it manualy
That setting is here:
Open IE> tools> options> advanced> Under Security
uncheck "allow active content to run files in my computer"
Apply & OK changes.
Restart Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.
