Cannot change IE Homepage

hi guys. my grandparents computer has the homepage of http://ie.redirect.hp.com/svs/rdr?TYPE=3&tp=iehome&locale=EN_US&c=Q106&bd=pavilion&pf=desktop but redirects to http://hp-desktop.aol.com/

i have run spybot and adaware but to no avail. any help would be appreciated. here is my log:

Welcome to the forum, what we do here is remove malware and this is not a malware issue. You do have a few issues in the log that could cause malware problems, and I will try to help you with the HomePage issue as a courtesy. First, notice the R1/R0 items in the log, these are re-directs, and if you click them you will see why you are being redirected to aol. Is aol their Internet Service Provider?

Let's do this and clean a little as we do it:

Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart the computer and post a new HJT log for me to look at. Include any comments you think will help.

Make sure you Apply and OK your way out.

Their Java program is out of date and a security issues, see this information:
