Hi! I'd like to say that SPYBOT is a great product; many thanks to those of you who make it that.

For months now, when we run the scan, it only comes up with two entries for NewDotNet. When we try to fix the problem, it says that it can't be fixed because a file is being used. It asks to be allowed to fix it on a restart. The trouble is that you can restart all you like and it still can't fix it. It can NEVER remove these two entries.

Can anyone help, please? Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the two entries that can't be fixed are registry keys. Thanks for the help.

SEProductions welcome

Post a SpyBot results report.
Run SpyBot check for problems, fix all red items, when its finished right click and choose copy results
(not full report) to clipboard and past that back here please.

Post a HijackThis 1.99.1 log
First Make a new folder, example C:\AntiSpyWare
and download/Save HijackThis, to that new folder.
This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong
http://www.merijn.org/files/HijackThis.exe
Double click HijackThis.exe, Hit None of the above, just start the program.
Hit Scan When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button. Press that, save the log somewhere, and please show us its contents.
Most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
