LSA, how I "kill" it ?

Any time I run Spybot it finds LSA (see below) worm/trojan.
I select correct but it's not able to erase/fix it.
How I can remove LSA ?

Hello,

LSA is a hijacker that has already been detected.
So you seem to be using an older version of Spybot-S&D.
Please install 1.4 and uninstall the old version and in order to avoid problems with former versions 1.3.1, 1.3tx and 1.4B2 delete the following directories before installing 1.4:
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Includes
C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Updates
