Panda Scan

Can anyone advise me. Not quite sure if this is correct thread but no harm in trying.
I am running the titled scan but taking an unusual long time to complete (now running for the last three hours). Does it usually take that long. It appears currently to be scanning my webroot files and this has been taking place for the past hour.

Any advice appreciated.

This junk will block attempts to run scans at times, do your best to complete the instructions and at least get a HJT log posted so we can assess the extent of the infection.
