how to download spybot searc and destroy

I have a silly question :
i want to dowload spybot S&D but when i try to do so it sends me to a list of 4 "mirrors "
I am not sure what to do : should i download all 4 ?
what are thoses mirrors ?
can anyone help without taking too much the mickey ??? pls

No,you'd just download Spybot from one mirror(download location)

but why is there 4 different ones ? is there not a reason & and a diffeence between them ???

They are all the same downloads and the reason that there are four (4) different "Mirrors" is redundancy and availability (if you can get to one site you should be able to download from another site).
