How do I remove Pestrap and FakeMSN8Beta?

I Have a number of pop ups (adult site advertisments) and others that want me to buy bogus spyware protection. When I run spybot it show that I have two things to remove :PestTrap and FakeMSN8Beta. When I click on delete these, it appears that they are deleted but the pop ups don't stop and then I run 'search for problems' again and the same two things show up again!?
Please help!!!!!
