why is apache running on my xp pro box?

I have Apache running on my box here:

C:/Program Files/NVIDIA Corporation/NetworkAccessManager/Apache Group/Apache2

why in the world is it running?

Perhaps goggle NVIDIA Corporation/Apache, as far as I know this is a normal entry.

it apears to be normal for Nforce 3 and 4 chipsets, it is related to the Nvidia firewall
