How do I remove CmdService

I have CmdService in my registery and cannot delete it. It shows up using another spy ware program, but it does not delete it. When I run Spybot, it does not detect it. Has anyone else ever had this problem? Does anyone know how to delete it. When I try to delete it using the registery editor, it will not permit me to delete it.

Once you have posted, a helper will take a look at the logs as soon as available and advise you. :)
