Hi all. Several days ago I started getting "Detected spyware! System Error 384#" popping up on my desktop screen (not in my browser). The associated "click here" leads to 2-antispyware.com where you can purchase software. Which, of course, I didn't.
I ran AVG with nil found. Ran Spybot and it found and fixed coolWWWsearch.WCADW. However, 1/2 an hour later the desktop screen message re-appears and I'm infected again.
Next I went into safe mode and ran Spybot, Malicious Software Remover and Defender.
Nothing was found
But it is still there in normal boot mode! Help please
I also downloaded and installed Avast 4.7 which also finds nothing.
The attached HJT file is after a normal boot but BEFORE running Spybot
Any help would be greatly appreciated as it is driving me crazy trying to get rid of it!

Sorry,
I only just read your sticky.
I ran Bitdefender and Panda on-line scanners while in safe mode with networking. Neither found anything. I also ran Ccleaner prior to anything.

I think the problem is the file
c:\Windows\System32\fhzhbffzxd.exe
Would deleting this file help?

Hi all.
I've used Spyware Terminator to block fhzhbffzxd.exe from running. But there is still a rogue program or process which changes my desktop appearance to "secure32.html" every 1/2hour or so.
I haven't changed any files or settings and your help in doing so would be great.
