VirusBurst Screwing with my pc please help

I downloaded hijackthis v1.99
Ran the program but now don't know what to fix can someone please help me.

Spybot-S&D: Be sure to follow the directions to save the scan report but do not post it here unless requested by a helper.

HJT.exe is running from a TEMP folder and needs a permanent folder to safely store the backups for emergencies. I prefer you move it here: C:\HJT\HijackThis.exe. If you need more instructions, use these:
