Please help cannot remove Spyware etc

Can someone please advise me on the best course of action to remove a couple of Spyware/Trojans from my Laptop.

I originally had around 40 but there are 2 which are Proxy.Small and Logger.agent.io. which I can't seem to get rid of. One of them is sending Spam Emails (not sure which) and is bringing up the scanning email box that Norton creates before sending mail, this happens at least every second and eventually fills up my desktop and slows my system down.

I have run AVG, Adaware and Spy Doctor, all seem to pick them up but the problem persists. I have quarantined them, deleted them with no luck.

Please Someone Help!!

I strongly suggest you review all Pinned information, it is there for your benefit. Complete the instructions in "BEFORE you POST" and post the required information and I will be glad to take a look.
