Hi geck91 and welcome to Safer Networking Forums :)

I have splitted your post from the other users thread. It is easier to handle one pc in one thread.

Please follow the following instructions -> "BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps and scanning with SPYBOT-S&D (http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288)

So follow the instructions and post a HijackThis log to here
(Step 4) :bigthumb:

Hi again :)

You got some infections there...

Create a new folder named HijackThis to your desktop. Move Hijackthis.exe into that folder.

Please post an uninstall list to here. Start HijackThis
Click on the Config button
Click on the Misc Tools button
Click on the Open Uninstall Manager button.
Click on the Save list... button and specify where you would like to save this file.
When you press Save button a notepad will open with the contents of that file.
Simply copy and paste the contents of that notepad here on your next reply.

Please download VundoFix.exe (http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4) to your desktop.
Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
Click the Scan for Vundo button.
Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.
Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log.

Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove.
In this case, VundoFix will run on reboot, simply follow the above instructions starting from "Click the Scan for Vundo button." when VundoFix appears at reboot.

Hi again, looks better :)

Remove the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Οracle

Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner (http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner)

Click on Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT

Now click on Scan Settings
In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
Extended (if available otherwise Standard)

Scan Options:
Scan Archives
Scan Mail Bases

Click OK
Now under select a target to scan:Select My Computer

This will program will start and scan your system.
The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
Now click on the Save as Text button:
Save the file to your desktop.
Copy and paste that information in your next post along with a fresh HijackThis log.

Also let me know how the computer is running :bigthumb:

Ok, please try this one instead: Please go HERE (http://www.pandasoftware.com/products/activescan.htm) to run PandaActiveScan...

Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
A new window will open...click the Check Now button
Enter your Country
Enter your State/Province
Enter your e-mail address and click send
Select either Home User or Company
Click the big Scan Now button
If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)

When download is complete, click on My Computer to start the scan
When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location. Post the contents of the ActiveScan report.

im also doing the MRU university so hopefully soon ill be fighting spyware along side you!!
Great and welcome to the university :bigthumb:

It is looking quite good now :)

Open Notepad (NOT WORDPAD!) and copy the following lines from the quote box below into a new document, leaving a blank line at the end. (don't forget to copy and paste the word REGEDIT4) :

REGEDIT4

[-hkey_classes_root\clsid\{00A6FAF6-072E-44cf-8957-5838F569A31D}]

[-hkey_classes_root\clsid\{07B18EA9-A523-4961-B6BB-170DE4475CCA}]

Make sure there are NO blank lines before REGEDIT4
Make sure there IS one blank line at the end of the file.

Save the document to your desktop as Fix.reg and filetype: All Files
Go to your desktop and double click on the file to run Fix.reg and when it asks you if you want to merge the contents to the registry, click yes/ok.

Remove the following files:
C:\Documents and Settings\Wilson\My Documents\Downloads\Tune Up 2006 & KeyGen.zip
C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins\NPMyWebS.dll

It is illegal to use cracks and as you can see, they'll get you infected.....

Reboot and post a one more HijackThis log :bigthumb:
