Help!

I was sent here by a very close friend, as it appears I have a keylogger issue. He told me to follow what you've posted step by step. This has been accomplished, and this is the place I've reached. This is the log from HijackThis.

Describe the problems in as much detail as possible, for example what leads you to believe there is a keylogger involved ?

Your running Hijackthis from a temp and/Or it still hasnt been unzipped, neither is a good idea.
Create a new folder, for instance C:\AntiSpyware
Download the exe from here to that new folder.

This is necessary to ensure you have backups should anything go wrong
Make and post a new log

Panda ActiveScan-Free online scanner,

Do a full scan > Click the my computer button
After the scan click see report then Save the report and post it back here please.
