Hijackthis log help please

I need some help analising this log. I have gotten rid of a bunch of spyware and viruses, but my computer still seems to run slow. Can you tell me what I can get rid of?

Welcome to the forum, if you still need help and are not receiving it elsewhere, I suggest you do this.

1) You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly. Uninstall one, update the one you keep and run a complete system scan, post for me any item that can't be removed, the complete name and pathway.

As I understand it, this member can not remove McAfee and wants me to show him how to remove it. I will show the member how disable the items in Services and show him the HJT tool to delete them if he wishes. I will also show him how to remove the program from his computer. He understands this information is being given at his request.

1) Disable the Service
Click Start > Run and type services.msc
Scroll down to (the service you wish to disable) and right click on it.
Click Properties and under Service Status click Stop, then under Startup Type change it to Disabled.

These are the Services you need to disable:
McAfee WSC Integration
McAfee Task Scheduler
McAfee SecurityCenter Update Manager

If you want the Service removed from your computer, use this information:
Delete the Service
Open HijackThis and click Config -> Misc Tools -> Delete an NT service.
In the Delete window, type (the service you wish to delete from your computer) and press OK.
OK any prompts, close HijackThis, and restart your computer.

2) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click OK.

Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

4) We need to disable your Windows Defender Real-time Protection as it may interfere with the fixes that we need to make.
Open Windows Defender, Click on Tools, General Settings.
Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.
After all of the fixes are complete it is very important that you enable Real-time Protection again.

Follow these instructions to end process on these items. They may even be gone if you used the Delete the Service tool?

7) RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:

C:\Program Files\McAfee\ <<< delete the folder

8) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
