Smitfraud-C.Toolbar888

I've got this infection and Spybot has not cleared it successfully. I've rebooted into safe mode and run SPybot, it appeared to fix it and was no longer shown in results but today I ran Spybot again and there is Smitfraud-C.Toolbar888 once more. I ran Panda online virus scanner but there was no log I could see? I've pasted in my HijackThis log file below

Let me give you some information first.

1) Smitfraud-C.Toolbar888 is a FALSE POSITIVE you can ignore it:

2) Your Java program is badly outdated and if it has not gotten you infected yet, it is just a matter of time:

3) I do not see any malware in this HJT log, if you have other malware issues beside the false positive, please follow the directions in the link I provided above, include as much detail as possible about the malware issue.
