Hello. First of all, thanks in advance for your help. I recently set up my wife's computer(she had before we got married). She has this browser redirect called Pippas.A. I am sure you know, it comes back after removeal through Spybot. What should I do now?

Download FixWareout from one of these sites:

Save it to your Desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
When your system reboots, follow the prompts. Afterwards, HijackThis will launch. Please click Scan,
and check the following items if they are still there:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"
RIGHT Click on Start then click on Explore. Locate and delete these items:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\dmncc.exe <<< delete that file
Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune

Save it to your Desktop. Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.
Restart the computer and post the Fixwareout report and a new HJT log. Let me know how the computer is running now.

Thanks for responding. I found another entry from someone with the same problem. I printed those instructions and just finished a 2.5 hour cleaning process. My browser seems to be working correctly. Ii save the reports if anyone needs to see them. Thanks again for anyone(and everyone's) help. I really appreciate it.

Let me first let you know that some of the tools used in other topics may at times apply to your issues. The repair for their topic is tailored to there infection and may or may be the same infection you have? You posted and asked for help, and I replied with instructions for you. I can't really say anything about your issues unless the instructions I posted were followed.
I suggest you do this:
System Restore does not know the good files from the bad. In case bad stuff has gotten into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, reboot then turn it back on:
